McAfee Suspended by Colts for One-Game after Pulling a Peyton Manning

"Forget me not looking good. This doesn't look good for me in general."
"Pulling a Peyton Manning": an expression first mentioned on SNL to signify the act of choking or generally screwing up large when all signs point to achieving great success. The latest example of a Manning being pulled comes care of his teammate Pat McAfee, who was arrested on Wednesday for public intoxication after taking a swim in an Indianapolis canal. He was soon thereafter suspended by the Colts for one game. He will miss the team's next game on Monday, November 1 against the Houston Texans.

McAfee, one of football's best punters, continued another trend by becoming the fourth Colts player to be arrested on alcohol-related charges THIS Year. As such, it seems kind of inappropriate and unfair to him to create the term "Pulling a Pat McAfee" in the aftermath of the incident. Thus, "Pulling a Peyton Manning" lives on!
